A good quality translation requires more than one translator. It should be proofread and double-checked. The translation team must have the following qualifications:
Firstly, a professional translator should have more than 10 years experience of the native language with a command and knowledge of specialist terminology.
Secondly, the team should complete the translation project within the deadline set by the client.
Thirdly, the team should have a professional project management system. (The terminology must be consistent and uniform.)
